danesh Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of danesh, operated by Kamran Emdadi in Virginia.

Eligibility and teen permission

danesh is for people age 13 or older in the United States. Users ages 13–17 may use danesh only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Any person who purchases Infinite Brain must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method. A parent or legal guardian may purchase Infinite Brain for a teen account.

Educational and AI limitations

danesh is a study aid, not a school, tutor of record, or professional adviser. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or fabricated. Always verify important information with your teacher and primary course materials. danesh does not guarantee grades, exam scores, admission, credit, or any academic result.

Academic integrity and acceptable conduct

You may not use danesh to cheat, impersonate another person, evade testing rules, submit AI output as your own when prohibited, harm systems or people, scrape the service, bypass limits, or violate a school policy or law.

Your content and processing permission

You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload. You grant danesh and its processors, including Supabase and OpenAI, a limited license to host, copy, transmit, extract, transform, and generate output from that content only to operate, secure, and improve the service for you. Do not upload unlawfully copied textbooks, confidential school or employer records, health or financial data, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.

Subscriptions and Aura

Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Price, billing interval, taxes, cancellation timing, and any refund terms shown at checkout form part of the purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable. Aura is an in-app access point with no cash value, is not transferable, and may be changed or retired with reasonable notice. Features and limits may change as danesh evolves.

Availability, warranties, and liability

danesh may change, be interrupted, or contain defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Liability exclusions and caps cannot waive rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. The final liability cap, arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, small-claims exception, and opt-out procedure must be supplied by counsel before paid launch.

Suspension, copyright, changes, and contact

danesh may suspend accounts that create risk or violate these terms. Copyright complaints and legal questions may be sent to support@danesh.app. Material changes will receive a new policy version and require renewed acceptance.
